At FETICHE ByVali™, every order is prepared with the same care and intention that goes into each piece we create. We want your experience — from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives — to feel as considered as the piece itself.

Processing

All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of purchase, Monday through Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, please allow up to 7 business days for delivery. While we work with trusted carriers to ensure timely arrival, transit times may vary depending on your location.

Signature Upon Delivery

To protect the integrity of your order, a signature may be required upon delivery. We kindly ask that you ensure someone is available to receive your parcel, or that you make arrangements with your carrier in advance.
